Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "AGB") apply to all contracts concluded between Chiara Designs Contractor and our customers Principals.
 

Services
The Contractor provides graphic and design services in accordance with the individual agreements with the Principal. The specific services and their scope are recorded in a separate offer or contract.
 

Remuneration
The remuneration for our services is based on the agreed prices and payment conditions set out in the offer or contract. All prices are plus the statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise stated.
 

Usage Rights
All usage rights to the created graphic and design works pass to the Principal only after full payment of the remuneration. Until then, the Contractor retains all copyrights and usage rights to the works created. Mock-ups may be used for social media and websites, unless expressly not desired. This will be asked by the Contractor and contractually agreed with the Principal.
 

Liability
The Contractor shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
 

Data Protection
We undertake to comply with the applicable data protection regulations and to treat the data provided to us in the course of the business relationship confidentially. For more information on data protection, please see the data protection page.
 

Final Provisions
Changes or additions to these GTC require written form. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
